The article analyzes the features of the formation of the civil and professional worldview of the advisers of directors for education. The study is based on the identification of relevant provisions in legal acts related to the specifics of transmitting values, ideas, views, and norms to the younger generation. The paper argues that official documents related to the activities of advisers of directors for education do not provide guidelines for identifying the features of the formation of their worldview. Instead, there is a focus on an object-oriented approach to working with the younger generation, which completely or partially excludes a subject-subject approach to working with young people. There are also no specifi c ways or methods for assessing the development of the civic and professional worldview of the directors’ advisers on education. The as sessment is not conducted in accordance with the existing legal regulations in this area, nor in relation to the socio-political conditions. According to the author, it is possible to eff ectively and effi ciently solve the tasks set by the government by involving large regional centers established on the basis of state universities in this activity. Such centers, in cooperation with regional authorities, should be responsible for training, retraining, and advanced training of advisers to directors of education. Leading specialists in the fi eld of youth policy, educational and upbringing activities, as well as political education, should be involved in this process.
