In the middle age group, freedom in decision-making, self-development, and the ability to help relatives were more often recorded. In the older age group, more emphasis was placed on forced entrepreneurship (professional burnout, low income, the opportunity to provide children with a better future). The social, legal, and economic conditions for women’s entrepreneurial activities in the region were analyzed.
