Social and Labor Conflict in the Estimates of Bank Employees

The development of the digital economy and the introduction of artificial intelligence into the financial sphere of Russia change the system of social relations of the modern bank. On the one hand, the composition of accumulated information resources increases, the nomenclature of technical digital means of labor is updated and the composition of internal subjects of financial organizations expands. On the other hand, in the context of systemic information transformations in the banking sector, the conflict level increases. The introduction of new technologies leads not only to changing the organizational culture of financial organizations and style of labor interaction, but also provokes forming of the contradictions and the emergence of social and labor conflicts of different levels, scale and character. The latter need scientific research. The purpose of the study is to clarify the prerequisites of the forming intra-organizational labor conflicts and determine the ways to eliminate them on the basis of the modern bank staff’s perceptions analysis. The research methods are the theoretical and empirical data analisys, and the questionnaire survey of the modern bank staff. The identified results revieled: the lack of practices of social-labor partnership cooperation and personnel’s mutual support and assistance; the expansion of the staff oriented to resolving the functional problems via conflict interaction; the stability and inefficiency of the employees’ innovative creative work motivation system. The ways for overcoming the social and labor conflicts in the bank are proposed.
