Some Aspects of Consolidation Mechanism Formation of the Regional Community

Abstract: 

Some approaches on studying and the comparative analysis of models of interaction NGO with regional, municipal authority and the population with the purpose revealing of the optimal forms of interaction, from the point of view of dynamics of social territory development, are presented. The role of the information field promoting increase of a zone of legitimate practices of intersection interaction is designated. The meaning of normative base of regulation of given processes at a regional and municipal level is analyzed. Stimulating processes of sociai self-organizing of the population and expansion of opportunities of functioning of public sector as the independent subject of public policy on regional political space are investigated.
