Theoretical Approaches to Research of a Labor Market as Social Structure in its Relations with Processes of Migration

Abstract: 

In the article the problem which is close connected with a theme of research of a labor market as social structure in its interaction with processes of migration is examined. Within the sociology of employment it is one of the major problems - studying of circulating processes in social structure of a society. Labor mobility is exclusively important component of functioning of a labor market; efficiency of redistribution of manpower depends on it. The special attention is paid to the analysis of methodological approaches of research processes of population shift and its role in formation of a labor marker.
