The article is devoted to the study of social projects aimed at developing family values in modern Russia, using the example of the sociological study of small territories of Perm region. The changes in family policy and the «turn» towards strengthening traditional family values in the past few years are analyzed. The signifi cant role of the federal and regional levels, including the national projects, Rosmolodezh, the Presidential and Governor’s Grants Funds, Elena and Gennady Timchenko Foundation are emphasized.
