This article presents a comparative analysis of the party programs of German parties for the elections of 2021 and 2025. Changes in the attitudes of the parties and their goals are considered. Particular attention is paid to Russian-German relations and the possibility of cooperation with modern German parties. Using the example of attitudes towards the Russian Federation, the difference in the approaches of the parties and their main voters over the past four years is considered.
