This publication is devoted to the analysis of one of the reasons why one of the main values of democratic political culture, i.e. the responsibility of a citizen for the state of politics and their place in it, has gradually been losing its signifi cance in the minds of the “digital generation” of young citizens of the Russian Federation over the past decade.
