The article analyzes the environmental consciousness of the region's population as a special property of reflecting the social nature of a person, expressed through personal concern about the state of the environment, through the acquisition of environmental information and practical activities to preserve and restore the natural environment. Particular attention in the article is given to theoretical approaches to the consideration of the phenomenon of ecological consciousness.

преобразования российской социально-экономической системы в инновационное общество.

В статье рассматриваются основные проблемы функционирования поселений особого типа – моногородов, оказавшихся в результате мирового финансового кризиса 2008–2009 гг. в весьма сложном экономическом положении. На примере конкретных моногородов Саратовской области исследуются перспективы диверсификации их деятельности и возможные точки роста в ближайшей перспективе.

In the conditions of modern social development and the emergence of such a trend of the modern digital era as the “green” economy, the issues of waste management are of particular importance. Personal experience and participation in various activities for separate waste collection show a twofold state of affairs: on the one hand, there are parties interested in sorting out the waste and, on the other hand, separate waste collection has not yet firmly entered the consciousness of Russian people.
