The article is devoted to the changes in Russian matrimonial law and the values of family lifestyle in the twentieth century. Legislation of the Russian Empire contained many restrictions on the right to marry and especially to divorce. These laws (i.e. formal social norms) remained intact for centuries, however moral standards of society (i.e. informal social norms) significantly changed on the threshold of the twentieth century.
This article discusses the analysis of youth policy abroad, in the Germany and Sweden, specifics of studying the processes of socialization of the young generation in the framework of the state youth policy.
The article analyzes destruction of unity corporal, rational and mental in the period of a Postmodern that leads to increase of crisis of civil identity. The author comes to a conclusion that transfer of the project of civil society of an era of Modern times and formation of civil identity of this type is impossible in modern Russia. The conclusion is supported with civilization specifics of the bases of civil identity of Russia.
The article presents the proofs of necessity to find and implement modern technologies for intensification of human rights work by the relevant national institutions. It is proved by the quality assessment, given by Saratov citizens to the work of the structures which protect humas rights and freedoms in the region. The research was perfomed by Center of Regional Sociological Research (Chernyshevsky Saratov State University) in October 2014 under the supervision of the authors.
The article examines the problem of Russian single-industry towns in terms of national and economic security. Particular attention is paid to the dynamics of the population in the peripheral Russian company towns (in the North, Siberia and the Far East) are considered territorial claims to Russia from neighboring countries and geopolitical threats.
