В статье рассматриваются вопросы формирования политико-правовых представлений о государственной власти в зависимости от социального положения ученого или той части
общества, интересы которого он представляет. Сделана попытка показать некоторые представления о государственной власти в период развития буржуазного общества.

ВIn Russian practice, election control is a part of any election campaign. According to the current electoral legislation of the Russian Federation, a fairly wide range of people have the right to exercise control, in addition, web cameras are used at polling stations for observation. The amendments to the electoral legislation of the Russian Federation are aimed at strengthening control over the voting process and counting the votes of voters in elections.

This article analyzes the phenomenon of legal consciousness characterized by duality. It is a part of individual ideology and a foundation osociety`s legal space. Legal consciousness is studied as a perfect latenmultilevel phenomenon of citizens’ mentality reflecting their identification, the aggregate of knowledge, motivation, values, assessment orelations to the legal reality, the practice of its implementation that regulates the individuals’ daily behavior in legal situations.
