Статья посвящена комплексному анализу роли Совета мира и безопасности (СМБ) Африканского союза в обеспечении стабильности и содействии экономической интеграции на африканском континенте. Исследуется институциональная архитектура СМБ, его правовые основания и оперативные механизмы реагирования на кризисы. Особое внимание уделяется взаимосвязи между обеспечением безопасности и созданием благоприятных условий для устойчивого экономического развития.

Genesis of a Concept «Social Stability» in Sociological Science
