State and regional security: The role of integration to ensuring security on the example of the SCO

This article examines the interdependence of state and regional security in the modern globalized world, characterized by a combination of classical realist and liberal views on international relations and the conduct of international politics. The work analyzes the role of regional cooperation for ensuring the security of the state and both the regional and global systems using the example of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and its member states: Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.

В данной статье рассматривается взаимообусловленность государственной и региональной безопасности в условиях современного глобализированного мира, характеризующегося сочетанием классических реалистских и либеральных взглядов на международные отношения и ведение международной политики. В работе анализируется роль регионального сотрудничества для обеспечения безопасности как государства, так региональной и глобальной систем на примере Шанхайской организации сотрудничества (ШОС) и её государств-членов: России, Китая, Казахстана, Таджикистана, Киргизии и Узбекистана.

Counteraction to Nationalism in the Conditions of Realization of Policy of State Security of the Russian Federation

In the article the comparative analysis the practician of realization of a security policy (USA, Japan, Russia) is carried out. Domestic experience of counteraction to nationalism in the conditions of safety at the international, state and regional levels is presented. Regional features of implementation of target programs in territorial subjects of the Russian Federation as tool of effective national policy are defined.
