Development of creative potential in the assessments of cadets of the military institute

The content of creative potential development as a complex of received and independently acquired skills, competencies, abilities for creative action, as well as the measure of their implementation in the process of military service are specified. The self-assessment zones of consistent assessment of creative abilities development are substantiated: educational, as well as service-labor (practical).

Структура процесса подготовки курсантов к военно-профессиональной деятельности: социолого-управленческий аспект

The article is devoted to the development of the structure of the cadets’ training process for military professional activity within the framework of the sociology of management, where the author identifi es the conditions, subject, object, mechanisms and result. A number of normative legal acts regulating the educational process of cadets are given, and the specifi cs of training in military educational institutions are also refl ected. Particular attention is paid to the importance of using the subject-subject approach in the study of this problem.
