Abstract:
The paper analyses the practical implementation of Ukrainian legislation in the field of liberty of conscience, which governs interactions between the state and religious organizations. Main trends and priorities in the confessional policy of the government have been revealed Possible directions to improve Ukrainian legislation regarding liberty of conscience are suggested.
