The article examines the analogy of biological and social symbioses, considering the latter as part of a sociocenosis. The purpose of the work is to study the dependence of the form of symbiosis in management holistic ecosystems on the level of subjectivity of the participants in the interaction. The authors propose a defi nition of the concept of «social symbiosis in managerial holistic ecosystems» and an interpretation of its forms (mutualism, commensalism, parasitism, sabotage).
