Abstract:

The article examines the analogy of biological and social symbioses, considering the latter as part of a sociocenosis. The purpose of the work is to study the dependence of the form of symbiosis in management holistic ecosystems on the level of subjectivity of the participants in the interaction. The authors propose a defi nition of the concept of «social symbiosis in managerial holistic ecosystems» and an interpretation of its forms (mutualism, commensalism, parasitism, sabotage). The symbiotic relationships of managerial holistic ecosystems are studied using the example of the ecosystem of the Commissioner for Children's Rights in Chelyabinsk region. The hypothesis of the work is the assumption that the level of subjectivity of the participants in the interaction is a determining factor in the form of symbiosis: the higher the subjectivity is, the more productive the form of symbiosis occurs. The empirical basis was the management holistic ecosystem of the project «Social Theater for Diffi cult Children», implemented in Chelyabinsk Region from June 2023 to May 2024. The results of the practical research demonstrate that the high subjectivity of both sides leads to the formation of mutualism, the most productive form of symbiosis. The asymmetry of subjectivity leads to the formation of commensalism or parasitism, and the low subjectivity of both sides generates sabotage. Due to the high subjectivity of the participants, when interacting with active adolescents, psychologists developed a stable mutualism, which resulted in a decrease in personal anxiety in 100% of the participants, the formation of a trusting atmosphere, and mutual satisfaction with the interaction. The proposed typology of social symbiosis proved heuristic productivity for the analysis of management ecosystems, since it allows: to diagnose the nature of interactions between groups of participants; to identify problem areas; to predict the stability of the system; to design interventions for the transformation of unproductive forms into productive ones.
