The article analyzes the features of the formation of the civil and professional worldview of the advisers of directors for education. The study is based on the identification of relevant provisions in legal acts related to the specifics of transmitting values, ideas, views, and norms to the younger generation. The paper argues that official documents related to the activities of advisers of directors for education do not provide guidelines for identifying the features of the formation of their worldview.
