Пути развития современных демократий в информационном обществе
The article evaluates the likelihood scenarios of development of traditional representative democracy in the information society, thanks to the capabilities of modern information and communication technologies. It is noted that the transition to direct democracy mechanisms is the most unlikely scenario. It is only possible at the local level and directly related to the level of Informatization and development of information security systems. The most realistic at the present stage is the development towards the introduction of electronic deliberative mechanisms. In this direction today moving the majority of countries, including and Russia.
