The article presents the results of a meta-analysis of the impact of artificial intelligence technologies on the value orientations of Russian youth. On the basis of the theory of social constructivism by P. Berger and T. Lukman, the authors consider AI as a tool for shaping an individual's value orientations. The relevance of the article is determined by the fact that the majority of Russian youth use AI in their professional and personal lives. The paper presents a list of traditional values approved by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of November 9, 2022. "On the approval of the Foundations of state Policy for the preservation and strengthening of traditional Russian spiritual and moral values," which are most influenced by artificial intelligence technologies. The paper also analyzes the current regulation of the rules for writing scientific papers using AI technologies in educational organizations subordinate to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. The authors assess the risks that the use of artifi cial intelligence entails both for the individual in particular and for society as a whole. Neural networks quickly penetrate into almost all spheres of life, influencing work, study, communication of individuals, etc. The spread of the use of neural networks and the growing trust in them signals that in future it can transform artificial intelligence into a separate subject of socialization, which will become on a par with family, religion, education system, etc. The results of this study show that today the public administration system needs to start developing a strategy to minimize the risks outlined in this paper.
