Regional identity of youth as a factor of modern Russian politics

Modern Russian politics is characterized by the strengthening of the role of its regional level and the need to search for new indicators that reflect the quality of regional governance and social development prospects. In this context, a signifi cant object of analysis is youth as the most dynamic and sensitive to socio-political changes population group. The article analyzes the current state of regional identity of young people and argues for the possibility and need to take this state into account in assessments of the eff ectiveness of regional policy.

Public-private partnership policy and the institutionalization of corporate relations in public administration in modern Russia

This article provides a detailed analysis of the institutionalization of corporate relations in modern Russia as a public-private partnership policy, its role in the public administration system, and its infl uence on industry policies. It examines the political evolution of corporate relations, beginning with their institutionalization in Part II of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation in 1994, and examines key stages and achievements in this area.

Strategic planning in public administration as a political system of institutional instruments and goal-setting mechanisms

The article is devoted to the subject fi eld of political science research within the scientifi c specialty “Public Administration and sectoral policies” and the analysis of the practice of state strategic planning as a political system of institutional instruments and goal-setting mechanisms in the Russian Federation. The article discusses public political and legal mechanisms for combining values and goals with the choice of ways and methods to achieve them.

Social conflict in the sphere of public administration: Information and communication technologies of their resolution

The article is devoted to the problem of managing social confl icts in public administration. The issues of improving communication skills and information support for management decision-making are considered. A confl ict is a constant phenomenon of modern life and quite naturally many confl ict situations take place in the sphere of public administration. This is due to a variety of views, diff erences of opinions and confl icting interests. Disagreements between employees of government bodies, their opinions or views on management problems are inevitable.

The article deals with topical issues of reform policy for the purposes of effective forest legislation and state management of forest ownership, use and protection, management of forest resources in the Russian Federation, taking into account the existing contradictions in the forms of ownership of forests and the impact of natural and anthropogenic factors on the current state of forests.

Административное регулирование регионального электорального цикла в России: основные тенденции выборов глав регионов 2019–2020 гг.

This article elaborates the thesis the process and results of the regional heads elections in 2019 and 2020. An attempt is also made to frame the model of the manageable electoral procedure for the governors’ appointments implemented during the period of the regional election campaigns of 2019 and 2020. The methodological framework includes the design of the regional electoral cycle and the concept of the viability of public administration and administrative elites as an independent research category of political science.
