Неправительственные организации как фактор политического развития России на современном этапе

В статье представлены и проанализированы основные направления развития некоммерческого сектора. Сделан вывод о том, что неправительственные организации как институты общественного движения должны стать главной опорой российского гражданского общества.

Статья посвящена анализу специфики участия экономических элит в политике на региональном уровне через взаимодействие 
финансово-промышленных групп с политическими партиями. С одной стороны, показана заинтересованность бизнеса в такой 
активности, а с другой – очевидные выгоды для партий.

 

Грузино-Югоосетинский конфликт: проблема политико-информационного взаимодействия России и США (по материалам "Российской газеты" и "The Washington Post")

Автором анализируются посвященные грузино-югоосетинскому противостоянию статьи «Российской газеты» и «Вашингтон 
Пост», опубликованные в августе 2008 года. В центре авторского внимания находятся общая содержательно-фактологическая картина конфликта; термины, эпитеты и метафоры, используемые указанными изданиями в отношении самого противостояния и 
участвующих в нем сторон; наиболее типичные виды заголовков и способы завершения статей, а также применявшиеся методы воздействия на читательскую аудиторию.

Religious Factor in World Politics

The question about the relevance of religion in modern society now and then rises in the media and in scientific periodicals. However, often the religious factor is associated only with Islamic terrorism or the emigration from the Islamic countries in the public mind and in the scientific discourse. At the same time, Christianity is supplanted by the wayside. This greatly simplifies the context of the theme, thus distorting the picture of the world. This article analyzes the essence of this phenomenon.

This article describes virtual forms of modern political processes, their distinctive features as well as it makes an attempt to determine their on national and international security. Politicization of the information and communication environment in modern society is an indisputable fact. Besides publications of news of the political contents and their discussion in virtual space there were also protest political actions.

Features of National Discourse in the Activity of the Political Party «United Russia»

This article explores the use of elements of Russian nationalism in the discourse of the Russian political party «United Russia». Analyzes the reasons for «rotation» of the party in the direction of the national subjects, the main features of its implementation in the activities of the party, the ideological content of the party’s discourse, as well as the possible consequences of the mainstreaming of the national problem in the country».

A Problem of «Electronic Conscience» is in Modern Political Space

Description of concept «electronic conscience» is given in the article. The examples of electronic cooperation of population and state structures are examined. An example of the use of reputation is made, as a key instrument of estimation of common to all mankind and professional qualities of individual and organization.

The Policy of State Support of Social Orphanhood and System Development of Family Placement of Orphans and Children Left Without Parental Care (the Experience of Moscow)

Selecting relevant and studied political science research topic, the author of the article analyzes the activity of the Moscow regional authorities policy of state support of children-orphans and children left without parental care, in particular the implementation of the model for prevention of social orphanhood.
