This article describes virtual forms of modern political processes, their distinctive features as well as it makes an attempt to determine their on national and international security. Politicization of the information and communication environment in modern society is an indisputable fact. Besides publications of news of the political contents and their discussion in virtual space there were also protest political actions.

Description of concept «electronic conscience» is given in the article. The examples of electronic cooperation of population and state structures are examined. An example of the use of reputation is made, as a key instrument of estimation of common to all mankind and professional qualities of individual and organization.

In article studies a correlation of modern processes of globalization and islamic politization. The Author is clarifying why in Russian academic discourse lack of clear explanation cause-consequence interdependence between both globalization and politization of islamic communities as well as their rising influence in the regional and world policy. The paper argue that in recent decades political islam demonstrate of political and and economic resources for support their own genuine projects in term of the future global order.

The article explores conventional base of applying «system method» and other methods in modern domestic political studies.Author analyzes the logical and procedural aspects of the process of transformation of ideas about «systems» and «systematic method», first developed as part of various specific domestic and foreign classical concepts, in view of modern scholars about the existence and the possibility of using «systematic method at all».
