Статья посвящена описанию социологического алгоритма анализа ценностного пространства россиян. В результате получена многоуровневая теоретическая модель, которая содержательно наполнена результатами лонгитюдного исследования. Основой модели выступает ценностно‑ориентационное единство.

The article considers the nature of the strategy territorial labor mobility of graduates of Russia and Kazakhstan in the framework of the comparative analysis. Strategy is defined as a factor influencing the attitude to their specialty, to move to another place, the level of awareness, self-esteem level of their competence, the importance of work, professional expectations and are desired salary.

In article conditions the socialist public ideal formation in Russia of the middle of the 19th century are analyzed. Existence of two main versions of social thought which defined a format of a socialist public ideal is described. Specifics of a country communal socialism ideal as the public ideal, which defined space of a reflection of domestic narodniks sociology are accented.
