Modern Sociological Interpretation of Social Reproduction

Sociological and economical interpretations of reproduction are presented, extensive model of socio-economical reproduction model as social process is revealed, sociological basis of fundamental reproduction phases is clarified, influence of production, distribution, exchange and consumption onsocial relations development is disclosed.

Social Hybridization in the Context of Generational Subcultures

In article we had analyzed a process of hybridization of generations within culture space. We had reviewed natural, geopolitical and social and culture approach to definition of hybridization and proposed author`s definition to generation`s space term. We had analyzed process of forming hybrid of generations based in results of author`s sociological research.

Presents the results of the survey of parents‘ attitudes towards teaching children in Sunday school.

The article describes and analizes the main transformational tendencies of educational strategies of Saratov citizens. It is proved that there is the increase of education importance as the way to reach the desired social and professional status. As a result, the directions of possible mid-term changes are defined.

Marriage and Divorce in Russia in the View of Formal and Informal Social Regulations

The article is devoted to the changes in Russian matrimonial law and the values of family lifestyle in the twentieth century. Legislation of the Russian Empire contained many restrictions on the right to marry and especially to divorce. These laws (i.e. formal social norms) remained intact for centuries, however moral standards of society (i.e. informal social norms) significantly changed on the threshold of the twentieth century.

Experience in Implementing Programs for Youth Policy in the Country

This article discusses the analysis of youth policy abroad, in the Germany and Sweden, specifics of studying the processes of socialization of the young generation in the framework of the state youth policy.

Crisis of a Сoncept of Сivil Identity: Sociological Measurement

The article analyzes destruction of unity corporal, rational and mental in the period of a Postmodern that leads to increase of crisis of civil identity. The author comes to a conclusion that transfer of the project of civil society of an era of Modern times and formation of civil identity of this type is impossible in modern Russia. The conclusion is supported with civilization specifics of the bases of civil identity of Russia.

Value and Quality of Human Rights Work on the Territory of Saratov Region (According to the Citizens’ Assessment)

The article presents the proofs of necessity to find and implement modern technologies for intensification of human rights work by the relevant national institutions. It is proved by the quality assessment, given by Saratov citizens to the work of the structures which protect humas rights and freedoms in the region. The research was perfomed by Center of Regional Sociological Research (Chernyshevsky Saratov State University) in October 2014 under the supervision of the authors.

Development of the Russian Single-industry Towns – Important Objective of National and Economic Security

The article examines the problem of Russian single-industry towns in terms of national and economic security. Particular attention is paid to the dynamics of the population in the peripheral Russian company towns (in the North, Siberia and the Far East) are considered territorial claims to Russia from neighboring countries and geopolitical threats.
