The specifi cs of pension provision for military personnel of various structures are the basis for disputes between scientists and experts in this fi eld. Improving the pension system for military personnel is an essential aspect for increasing the eff ectiveness of the state's defense capability, stimulating the younger generation to serve in a particular power structure, and increasing the prestige of the status of a serviceman.

The article presents the analysis of theoretical approaches to the essence of managing the development of organizational culture of a modern military team. Military organizational culture is revealed as a complex of cultural values, norms, beliefs of military personnel, a managerial factor of transformation of professional changes in the modern military team.
