Формирование информационного пространства в современной России: проблемы и перспективы
The article defines the essence of the information space, identifies and analyzes the features and factors of its formation in the Russian context, discusses the basic segments forming its structure and shows the contradictory nature of their current state and trends of evolution. The study focuses primarily on theoretical understanding information space formation problems and is based both on general scientific (deductive, inductive, analysis and synthesis) methods and special scientific ones (including genetic, comparative-historical and structural-functional analysis). Special attention is paid to such components of the information space as the information and communication spheres and technologies, the information and communication spheres of public authority and the area of the information and communication society and public authority spheres intersection. The main contradictions of information-communicative space formation are identified and analyzed; the heterogeneity and variability of the development of its segments are noted. It is concluded that at present the process information space formation is far from complete. It can be said that only its basic foundations are laid. The development of the technological side is especially noticeable, the information and communication components manifesting themselves in a more formal and positional way.
