The concepts of social communications and managerial culture paradigm are researched in the article. It interprets theoretical context of interdependence between social communications’ development and managerial culture in modern organization. It gives proof that it is necessary to form new innovational managerial culture in conditions of uncertainty and dynamic of cultural area development.
Designing effective management systems and their successful realization is based on understanding social systems` state and the forecast of their reaction to management systems` changes. The quantitative assessment of these factors represents a problem of setting upmodern management ways.
The results of the empirical study of the male and female senior personnel`s subjective well-being in manufacturing and medical organizations with different involvement in innovative processes (ordinary and innovative companies) are presented. The subjective well-being is considered as an emotional regulator of labor activity, the indicator of the socio-psychological age and determinant of personal labor involvement.
