Some Aspects of Consolidation Mechanism Formation of the Regional Community

Some approaches on studying and the comparative analysis of models of interaction NGO with regional, municipal authority and the population with the purpose revealing of the optimal forms of interaction, from the point of view of dynamics of social territory development, are presented. The role of the information field promoting increase of a zone of legitimate practices of intersection interaction is designated. The meaning of normative base of regulation of given processes at a regional and municipal level is analyzed.

Elective Images Measurement of Political Leaders (On Example of the Countries of Central-East Europe)

In article on the example of the Central-East Europe countries are considered problems connected to influence of political image of the political leader on its personal or party elective parameters. As objects of consideration are chosen images of conducting politicians of region: by A. Kwasnewski. V. Meciar and V. Klaus. The distinctions of political leadership caused by features of institutional design, allow allocating three types of leadership in the CEE countries: majority, parliamentary, majority-parliamentary.

Public Opinion before the Election Cycle: Its Deep Bases and Tactical Manifestations

The paper presents analytical generalizations on the materials of a sociological interrogation carried out by the political research laboratory (faculty of politicai sciences, Saratov State University) in April, 2007. Basic value orientations of the population are estimated, preconditions for a certain support levei of various Russian parties have been revealed, basic ideological preferences of various social groups are characterized.

Historical myth in the structure of modern politological researchment

The paper explores the possibilities of utilization of politico-mythological constructions of mass consciounsness for solving varions problems of the politological analysis of state and social development. Politicomythological premises oi coming to and remaining in power of the political elite are considered. A conclusion was drawn that the usage of historico-political myths to assess the internal machinery of power enables contradictions in the political life to be explained, otherwise unexplainable.

Political groups of modern Russia: between community and religiosity

The paper shows the importance of religiosity in modern Russia Federation as a secular state, the author’s explanation of the vitality of this phenomenon is proposed. Due regard to the religious factor and its usage in party building in the state are considered. The leading political parties attitude to religion and the believers is anaIyzed.

In the frames of article only specific peculiarities of such intensively developing branch of scientific knowledge as a comparative politics are analysed. Scientific space of comparative politics are outinitng by object of researchement methodological and objectively thematical directions at the same time. Analysis of each of them in particular is not specific. In a whole they are forming subcultural part of modern political science
