Analogous Forms of Civil Society (Exemplified by African Countries)

The author considers analogous forms of civil society in countries of the South exemplified by African states. Foundation, development, specifics, and peculiarities of civil society in this region of the world are analyzed. It is stated that burgeoning civil society models of non-Western areal have their own specific features, which are determined by special character of civilizational development of the countries.

The author tries to analyze the facts caused by the processes of globalization, Internet-communication, social stratification, and development of mass society which objectively destabilize modern political process.

Inversion of the Oppositional Status of the Yabloko Party in the Context of Strained International Relations

The paper discusses the evolution of Yabloko’s oppositional status of in the post-Soviet period, the factors that conditioned its special position in the liberal wing and itsrelations with other liberal forces. The emphasis is placed on the analysis of changes that have occurred in the party’spolitical message in theclimateof a crisis in Russia-Ukraine relations and an escalation in the international context.

Information Preferences, Current Problems’ Evaluation, and Attitude to the Government of the Provincial Constituents in Anticipation of the Federal Parliamentary Elections (Analysis of the Massive Social Surveys and Focus-group Investigations’ Results)

The authors analyze the results of the massive social surveys and focus-group investigations conducted in November–December, 2015 in municipal districts of Saratov region which are the parts of Saratov district constituency. People’s informational preferences, their attitude to the government, politicians, and elections were probed. Specific recommendations on elaborating electoral strategies in the run-up to the State Duma elections have been formulated.

ВЛИЯНИЕ КОНФУЦИАНСТВА НА ОСОБЕННОСТИ СТАНОВЛЕНИЯ И РАЗВИТИЯ АНАЛОГОВОЙ МОДЕЛИ ГРАЖДАНСКОГО ОБЩЕСТВА СТРАН АЗИАТСКО-ТИХООКЕАНСКОГО РЕГИОНА

The present article is concerned with the influence of Confucian political tradition on peculiarities of establishing and development of the civil society’s analogous form in the countries of the Asia-Pacific region. The author shows that Confucian norms lying at the heart of the Asian values laid down the foundation for social and interpersonal interactions and specifics of state-authority relations, defined the bases of political culture and gained the state ideology status.

СТРАТЕГИЯ ПОЛИТОЛОГИЧЕСКОГО ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ ИНТЕГРАЦИОННОГО/ДЕЗИНТЕГРАЦИОННОГО ПОТЕНЦИАЛА ИСЛАМСКОГО ФАКТОРА СОВРЕМЕННОЙ ПОЛИТИКИ

This article studies a different approaches and theoretical frameworks within which they clarify politization of Islam in the modern world. The authors argues non-efficiency of attempts to search of roots of the political reasonability and especially radicalization of modern Islam in the act of Islamic creation. In opposite to this simplifying position, this paper suggests politcal analysis both integration and disintegration potentials of Islam.

РОССИЙСКАЯ НАЦИОНАЛЬНАЯ ИДЕЯ: ПРОБЛЕМА КОНКРЕТИЗАЦИИ И ФОРМАЛИЗАЦИИ В ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОМ СТАТУСЕ

In article are considered the main problems in formulation the «national ideas» in the states, including, and in the Russia. On basis of analysis the available representations about mission of «national ideas» in the states, the author of article is given the developed concept about the purposes, tasks and functions of «national ideas» of the states; offered to formalize the «national ideas» of states in the corresponding official «codes».

СЕТЕВЫЕ МЕХАНИЗМЫ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ СОЦИАЛЬНЫХ И ПОЛИТИЧЕСКИХ ИДЕНТИЧНОСТЕЙ СОВРЕМЕННОЙ МОЛОДЕЖИ

In this article the author substantiates and characterize the effect of new network mechanisms of formation of identities that arise in the context of the societal transformation of modern society. The author shows that the network mechanisms of identity formation are beginning to work in the «digital generation» and represent a set of interrelated and interdependent practices in the global information and communication space, contributing to the individual and collective identity, internalization and reflection.

СМЫСЛЫ И ПАРАДОКСЫ ПАТРИОТИЧЕСКОГО ДИСКУРСА В СОВРЕМЕННОЙ РОССИИ: ПОЛИТИКО-ФИЛОСОФСКИЙ РАКУРС

The article shows a profound and comprehensive dialectical relationship of politics and patriotism. The analysis of the content of patriotic discourse in modern Russia, revealed the contradictions and tendencies of further development. It substantiates inconsistency of the theoretical and methodological receptions, liberal interpretation of patriotism, representing, in fact, pseudo-patriotism.
