ПУБЛИЧНАЯ СФЕРА ИНФОРМАЦИОННОГО ОБЩЕСТВА: РАЗВИТИЕ ЭЛЕКТРОННОГО ГОСУДАРСТВА

The author considers conceptualization of the public sphere in theories of information society in article. She offers the periodization of theories of information society and shows the influence of state reforming practice to the methodological maintenance of concrete stages. The author analyzes the juridization of information and communication technologies as a factor of development of the electronic state in the public sphere of information society and forwards definition of the electronic state

ПОЛИТИКО-ПРАВОВЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЯ МЕДИЙНОЙ ГРАМОТНОСТИ В СОВРЕМЕННОЙ РОССИИ

Certain premises of the federal laws of the Russian Federation (i.e. «About Mass Media», «About Information, Information Technologies, and Protection of Information», «About Providing Access to Information Concerning State and Municipal Bodies’ Activity») conducive to the media literacy formation are considered in this article. Political dimension of media literacy is substantiated.

МИФ «КОММУНИКАЦИИ» В СОВРЕМЕННЫХ ПОЛИТИЧЕСКИХ ПРОЦЕССАХ

The publication analyzes the causes and the logic of transition, which is observed in the mass consciousness of society and elites, from the ideas of «communication» of political subjects, as a means of solving their specific political problems, to the idea of it as the final practical result of modern politics. Effects of that transition for the dynamics of political processes at various levels are predicted.

ЭВОЛЮЦИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ МНОГОПАРТИЙНОСТИ ПОСЛЕ ВЫБОРОВ 2016 ГОДА

The author considers participation of the Russian political parties of the «second echelon» in election within the single voting day September 18, 2016, and the level of their activity during election of the heads of the subunits of the Russian Federation, as well as members of regional legislative (representative) bodies.

ИНФОРМАЦИОННОЕ ПОДАВЛЕНИЕ ЭЛЕКТОРАЛЬНОЙ АКТИВНОСТИ

The author considers two main interpretations of the information’s role in electoral procedures’ fulfilment in contemporary Russia and substantiates his own point of view that a great deal of competing electoral subjects’ information influence on voters forms a feeling of predetermined outcome of the elections and significantly decreases citizens’ motivation to take part in voting.

ПРОБЛЕМА СООТНОШЕНИЯ СВОБОДЫ И РАВЕНСТВА В ПОЛИТИЧЕСКОЙ ТЕОРИИ А. ДЕ ТОКВИЛЯ

The scientific tradition of A. de Tocqueville has been the subject matter of many studies. However, many Tocquevillian ideas have been misrepresented. This article tries to make some corrections over the essential part of Tocqueville’s democratic theory, which refers, in particular, to the issue of freedom and equality correlation. That goal is expected to be reached in context of defining and partially redefining the political-ideological portrait of de Tocqueville and, thus, through revealing some reservations in that regard.

20 ЛЕТ ПЕРВОМУ НАБОРУ ПОЛИТОЛОГОВ В САРАТОВСКОМ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОМ УНИВЕРСИТЕТЕ

Longstanding experience of teaching fully trained political science students at Saratov State University is analyzed in the article. Key achievements of pedagogical and scholarly work of the Political Science Department are characterized. An approach to correction of the “ideology” of the modern professional and educational standards of political science students’ university training is substantiated.

This paper is examine crucial aspects of studies of political Islam in modern Russia. The main aim of article is improvement the understanding of the key problems of Russian Islam in terms of integration of muslim people into policonfessional Russian society.

СОЦИАЛЬНАЯ МОБИЛИЗАЦИЯ ЭТНОСОВ: ОСНОВНЫЕ ЭТАПЫ И ФАКТОРЫ

The paper discusses process social mobilization of ethnic groups. The author identifies the main factors of mobilization and assesses the degree of intensity and efficiency of each of them on all stages of the process of social mobilization of ethnic groups.
