РОСТ КАТАЛОНСКОГО СЕПАРАТИЗМА В УСЛОВИЯХ НЕДОВОЛЬСТВА ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЙ АВТОНОМИЕЙ РЕГИОНА

The article is devoted to reasons accentuating separatist sentiment in Catalonia at the beginning of the XXI century. At the beginning of the new century European separatism has a new meaning and became a major challenge for most of the multinational European states. The process of regionalization in Spanish national autonomies coincided with the economic difficulties caused by the financial crisis of 2008.

ПОЛИТИЧЕСКИЙ КРАУДСОРСИНГ В СИСТЕМЕ ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЯ НАЦИОНАЛЬНОЙ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ РОССИИ

In the article an assessment of political crowdsourcing as technology of civil participation for the prevention and suppression of threats to security of the state is given, the network projects promoting the solution of problems of protection of national interests are analysed, the role of crowdsourcing projects in modernization of system of national security of Russia is revealed.

УЧАСТИЕ СМИ В ФОРМИРОВАНИИ «ФОРУМНЫХ» СВОЙСТВ МОТИВАЦИИ ЭЛЕКТОРАЛЬНОГО ВЫБОРА В ЛИБЕРАЛЬНО-ДЕМОКРАТИЧЕСКОЙ ПОЛИТИКЕ

In article features of use of information and communicative technologies in Internet space in electoral processes for impact on motivation of vote of voters are considered. Conditionally they are designated as the media “forum” mechanisms of influence based on use during the electoral company of the various information which does not have relations to direct interests of the ordinary voter. This factor is defined by the author as “forum” property of motivation of the electoral choice.

ПРОБЛЕМЫ ИЗУЧЕНИЯ ЛОКАЛЬНОЙ ГРАЖДАНСТВЕННОСТИ В СОВРЕМЕННЫХ ПОЛИТОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯХ

The article presents an analysis of the state of knowledge of the problems of development of a new direction for Political Science – local citizenship. The characteristic of the main directions in the study practice of civilian control and institutions in local communities, with an indication of the significant methodological problems, allowing to represent the practice of civilian control in local communities as a unique phenomenon of individual regions.

МЕЖДУНАРОДНО-ПРАВОВЫЕ ОСНОВЫ СТАНОВЛЕНИЯ И РАЗВИТИЯ ИНСТИТУТА НАЦИОНАЛЬНО-КУЛЬТУРНОЙ АВТОНОМИИ

The article considers the main stages of formation and development of the institute of nation-cultural autonomy, development of the international legal framework and principles of cultural autonomy. The analysis is based on the international system for the protection of national minorities, which laid the legal, political and social based of activity of the institute of nation-cultural autonomy. 

К ВОПРОСУ ОБ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИИ «СОСЛАГАТЕЛЬНОГО» ПОДХОДА К ОЦЕНКАМ РЕВОЛЮЦИОННЫХ СОБЫТИЙ 1917 ГОДА

The article is about peculiarities and methodological contradictions of using “conjunctive” approach to the analysis of historical events exemplified by the revolution-1917. An inference is drawn that using “conjectivity” with regard to the momentous event in the history of our country results in willing or unwilling distortion of its content, reasons and consequences, complicates learning historical lessons by current actors of political process

ПАРТИЙНО-ПОЛИТИЧЕСКИЙ АСПЕКТ ПОЛИТИЗАЦИИ ИСЛАМА В 1990-е гг.: ОБЩЕРОССИЙСКАЯ И ПОВОЛЖСКАЯ ПРОЕКЦИИ

The paper studies an attempts of building of stable Russian Muslim political parties and movements. The author argues that created at 1990s Islam parties and organizations could not be able to build an effective channels for political representation of Muslim population in whole of Russia as well as at regional political level, mainlyat Volga-area.Muslim party building process was used by some political activists as an important resource for recruitment into Russian political elite through federal electoral machine.

ПОЛИТИКО-АДМИНИСТРАТИВНЫЕ ЭЛИТЫ: ГЕНЕЗИС, ПРОБЛЕМЫ РАЗВИТИЯ НА СОВРЕМЕННОМ ЭТАПЕ

Based on the results of panel expert surveys conducted on the eve of the First (2013) and Second (2016) All-Russian Elitological Congresses, the authors analyze the role and importance of contemporary Russian regional elites. Experts’ predisposition to the Russian elites is shown, dynamics of elites’ quality transformation is evaluated, and steps to conduce inter-elite interaction and development of leadership are pinpointed. Tendencies of the modern regional elites’ existence are named, general conclusions are formulated.

ПЕТР СТРУВЕ: «НА ПУТИ К ЗДРАВОМЫСЛИЮ…» (идейно-политическая борьба на страницах эмигрантской прессы 20–30-х годов ХХ века)

In article the public and political position of one of acknowledged leaders of the Russian emigration of the first wave, Peter Struve, is analyzed. Various parties of political process, the ideological antagonism of the competing “centers of force” of the Russian emigration, one of which personified to P. B. Struve, are considered. Separate aspects of ideological and political fights and their reflection on pages of popular emigrant’s editions of a different orientation are researched.

СОЦИАЛЬНЫЙ КОНЦЕПТ «ПАТРИОТИЗМ» В РУССКОЙ ОБЩЕСТВЕННОЙ МЫСЛИ

In article interpretations of a social concept “patriotism” in russian socio-philosophical, socio-political literature and fiction which are concentrated on search and extraction of the basic factor forming patriotic attitude of the personality, social group, society in general are considered. Special attention is paid to modern view to traditional for the Russian social thought understanding of patriotism.
